Before leaving, please complete the following:

• 🧳 Remove all personal belongings and check every room, closet, washer, and dryer.

• 🧊 Remove all food and drinks from the refrigerator and freezer.

• 🍽️ Wash and put away all dishes.

• 🛋️ Return moved furniture to its original location.

• 🧹 Leave the home clean and tidy.

• 🗑️ Bag all garbage and place it in the outdoor garbage bin.

• 🌡️ Set the air conditioner to 78°F or the heat to 68°F.

• 📺 Turn off all TVs, lights, ceiling fans, and small appliances.

• 🚿 Place used linens together in the bathroom.

• 🔑 Leave all keys on the kitchen counter.

• 🚪 Close and lock all doors and windows.

• 📱 Let management know that you have checked out. 

• 🔧  Report any damage or maintenance concerns.
